Cor Lifemanship is about empowering the brokenhearted with choices. Choices that will put them on the courageous path of rebuilding their lives and living and loving from a place of wholeheartedness. We use horses to facilitate this journey. It is our belief that we are all hardwired for connection and it is only through presenting our authentic, imperfect selves to the world that we are able to come truly alive, genuinely connect and then go on to live from a place of purpose.
Cor is the root word of courage. It is the Latin word for heart. Choosing the path of wholehearted living requires courage. Courage originally meant 'to speak one's mind by telling all one's heart'. This journey is not for the faint of heart. Lifemanship is the skill or practice of living successfully. A fulfilling and successful life requires to live from one's heart.
“I walked away from Cor Lifemanship with a sense of personal power to choose the life that I want.”
“More results in less time than traditional talk therapy.”
“More open to receiving feedback from the horse."
“Presented with patterns and beliefs in real time which gave an opportunity to find new ways of 'being' that work better on the spot."
Authenticity is a collection of choices we have to make everyday.
It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest.
The choice to let our true selves be seen.
